By using PathSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PathSync is an AI-powered scheduling and patient management platform for home health therapy agencies. It provides visit scheduling, route optimization, recert alert tracking, and related tools for PT, OT, and home health providers.
You must be a licensed healthcare professional (PT, OT, PTA, COTA) or an authorized representative of a home health agency to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use PathSync to store, transmit, or process any information that violates applicable law, including HIPAA requirements for protected health information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all relevant regulations in your jurisdiction.
PathSync offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you may choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly per therapist. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All paid plans include a full refund within the first 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then securely deleted upon request.
PathSync and its underlying software, design, and content are the property of PathSync and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent.
PathSync is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made using information from the service — users retain full responsibility for patient care.
